EULA - End User License Agreement

guru's email Grabber is a Freeware program. You are allowed to use it for an unlimited period of time, provided you do not tamper the executable provided by GroupFetch. The License cannot be transferred or the program cannot be resold to anyone else.

The owner of guru's email Grabber cannot resell the program to anyone else and cannot transfer the ownership to anyone else. The user should not be responsible in redistributing the program to anyone else. If the user is found to redistribute the program, the membership will be cancelled and wont be entitled to further upgrades and legal action will be taken against the individuals.

Use of guru's email Grabber is the responsibility of the user. Any damages caused by gurus email Grabber are at the risk of the user. The author takes no responsibility for any damage that guru's email Grabber causes. Users of 'guru's email Grabber' must accept this disclaimer of warranty:

"guru's email Grabber is supplied as is. The author disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability and of fitness for any purpose. The author assumes no liability for damages, direct or consequential, which may result from the use of guru's email Grabber."
